Brandi's Rotel Noodles by

Ingredients

Brown 2 lbs ground beef and season to taste.

Boil 1 regular box elbow or small shell pasta.

Cube 1 Velveeta block

2 Cans rotel

Instructions


When the pasta is done, drain and return to pot without rinsing. It needs to stay hot. Add Velveeta cubes on top, put strained beef on top of that, add 2 cans unstrained rotel. Cover and let sit about 5 minutes. Remove cover and stir. The hot noodles and beef will melt the cheese for you. Super easy and delicious!!!!
