Dense, moist, luscious.......

1 devils food or chocolate cake mix
1 cup water
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix

Beat ingredients 3 minutes on med. Bake in greased 10" cake pan at 350F for 1 hour. Cool on rack 10 minutes and invert onto a serving dish. When cool, cut cake into 2 layers with dental floss. Frost with your favorite icing. Store cake in fridge. If possible, serve at room temp.
