Ingredients

1/2 pound bacon cut up
1 large sliced onion
cut up fish
4 medium cut up potatoes
tonys

Instructions

Fry bacon, remove and save when done
Fry onion in bacon fat, remove and save
Put potatoes in same pot and cover with water
When almost done, cover with onions and bacon, season
Place fish chunks on top and cover with eggs
Simmer until eggs are done (DONT STIR)
