Ingredients

Carrot
Gar
Celery
Beef, pork
Bread crumbs
Egg
Worcestire

Sauce: franks, bbq, ketchup, A1

Gravy: Ina’s + GW packet, thyme, gar pow

Instructions

Make gravy in small pot with lid ahead of time, Make sure it’s more liquid than thick, serve

Completely purée First ingredients with a little liquid
Mix with beef and pork,
Mix with rest of stuff
Make sauce, Mix into meatloaf
Put into loaf pan (make it tall, pack TIGHT)

Make mashed pot (cook pot all the way through, warm milk/butter)

Bake, cool, remove, slice thick slices with serrated knife, sear both sides on med - med/high heat
