Ingredients

Chicken
flour
egg
butter
garlic
lemon
white wine
chicken broth
parsley
parm

Instructions

- Pound chicken flat between saran wrap
dredge in seasoned flour --> egg wash --> pan w/ little oil/butter on med
- Remove chicken
- Saute thin lemon slices, flip & add gar
- 1/2 c. wine, 1 c. broth, juice of 1 lemon wedge --> reduce
- flour & crumble 1 T butter
- add parsley & parm
- add chicken back in 2 min
