Korean braised short ribs by

Ingredients

Sauce:
2 cups beef stock
3-4 T soy
2-3 T hoisin
1 T oyster
1 t chili garlic
Grated/pressed garlic (3-5 cloves) and ginger (a little)
S/P

Short ribs
Rice
Carrot
Kimchi
Green beans
Egg

Instructions

Make sauce

S/P short ribs
Oil in pan, high heat
Sear short ribs
Put in crock pot

Add pat 'o butter and 1 lg. shallot (or 1 sm. onion) to short rib pan. Sauté until it browns. Deglaze with 1/4 c. beef stock. Pour all over short ribs

Add sauce. Cook 4-8 hours on low
