Pan beef stew by

Ingredients

1.1 lb boneless chuck eye steak
Yukon gold potatoes
Carrots
Onion
Garlic
1/2 inch ginger
3 cans beef stock
2 packets washingtons
Egg noods

Instructions

Caramelize onions, garlic, s/p, gar powder, bay leaf, old bay, paprika, red chili flakes

Trim and add beef
Add 2 cans beef stock whisked w 2 packets washingtons

Simmer

Add potatoes, carrots, ginger

Cook egg noods
