You can add seasonings according to what you are using it for (garlic, salt and pepper if using it for a pizza crust). You can use this for cinnamon rolls too. Some people say it works better if it is really cold before using and keep it in the fridge 24 hours before using. Some people like to place small balls between parchment paper and then flatten it out. YOU CAN SERIOUSLY MAKE ANYTHING YOU WANT USING THIS DOUGH!


3 Cups Mozzarella cheese
3 Tablespoons cream cheese
1 Egg
1 Cup Almond Flour


1. Melt Mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave and mix.
2. Add egg and almond flour, mix well.
