Doris Wilson Pie Crust by

Ingredients

6 Cups flour
1 pound of Lard ( or 2 1/2 cups Crisco
1 Tbsp salt

Instructions

Mix and store in canister

For double crust 9" pie
2 1/2 cups of mix & 1/4 cup water
Mix well and roll out on floured board

For single crust 9" pie
1 1/2 cups of mix and 3 Tbsp water
Mix well and roll out on floured board

This keeps long time in cool dry place.
