Marinate steak for at least 4 hours, however overnight is best.

1/4 cup EVO
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Ketchup
1 TBSP Red Wine
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic

Salt and Pepper to taste

1/4 cup EVO 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 2 TBSP Ketchup 1 TBSP Red Wine 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic

Mix all ingredients well. Enough Marinade for 1 steak
