This is a great snack or lunch option, where you can add add whatever leftover in the fridge!
Ingredients
1 avocado
1 tbsp cottage cheese
1tsp vegemite
0.5 tsp tabasco sauce
Sprinkling of coriander
Sprinkling of red onion

Instructions
Cut avocado in 2, remove stone.
Using a spoon, scoop the insides for easy eatability (leaving the avocado in it's skin).
Add a spoonful of cottage cheese into the hole left by the stone in both sides of the avocado.
Add vegemite onto one, and use a knife to mix it up with cottage cheese.
On the other half, add a few drops of tabasco, and sprinkle whatever you feel like on top.
Yummy!
