Philips Air Fryer XL - Chips/Fries by

Ingredients

900g large potatoes
1/2 tbl oil

Instructions

Cut potatoes into large blocks, removing as much skin as possible.
Clean up any last bits of skin using peeler.
Slice into chips/fries around 1cm thick, length varies.
Submerge potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove starch.
Pre-warm Air Fryer to 80 degrees celcius.
Put chips in fryer basket for 10 minutes so they can dry.
Remove and leave to cool(5 minutes)
Add 1/2 tbl oil to chips, mix in bowl.
Pre-warm Air Fryer to 160 degrees celcius.
Air fry chips for 10 minutes.
Increase temperature to 200 degrees.
Air fry chips for another 10 minutes, shaking basket after 5 minutes.
Enjoy.
