4 lb sirloin tip roast, trimmed and cubed
2 pkg brown gravy mix
1 C water
cooking spray

4 lb sirloin tip roast, trimmed and cubed 2 pkg brown gravy mix 1 C water

Spray crockpot with cooking spray
spread beef tips on the bottom of crockpot
combine dry gravy with water, stir well to blend
Pour over beef tips
Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 4-7 hours

Serve with rice, vegetables and bread
