Jake's BBQ Sous Vide Chicken by

Ingredients

3-4 Chicken Breasts
4-5 oz Sweet Baby Ray's (about 0.25 of the 18oz bottle)
0.5 cup pickled pepper juice
lots of salt
LOTS of black pepper
MSG to taste
1 shot whiskey

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except chicken and whiskey to make a marinade
Pour marinade into a sous vide bag with chicken
Cook the chicken sous vide @ 145*F for 3-4 hours if frozen, 2-3 hours if thawed
Separate bag juices from the meat
Reduce the bag juices with a shot of whiskey until thick and alcohol is cooked out (~180*F), stirring continuously so as to not burn the sauce
Sear chicken breasts
Serve chicken over rice topped with the reduction sauce
