Fried chicken breast fillet with honey sauce by

Ingredients

1. 150gr chicken breast
2. pepper
3. ketchup
4. honey
5. water
6. chopped garlic
7. salt
8. egg
9. 5ogr flour

Instructions

1. Chop chicken breast
2. Add pepper to chicken
3. Put flour to a big bowl. Put an egg and 50 ml of water to flour. Mix well
4. Put chicken to the above mixture
5. Fry chicken for the first time
6. Make a sauce: ketchup (4 spoons), honey (3 spoon), a little bit salt, 50ml of water
7. Put chicken to the above sauce and fry them for the second time.
