Ingredients

Plain Yoghurt unsweetened or unflavoured: 500 g( homemade is prefferable)
Water: quarter cup
Salt : 2 tsp
Green fresh coriander: half cup
Green chillies- 2-3
Onion- 1 (quarter of it)
White synthetic binegar: 2 tbsp

Instructions

Add in everthing in blender except yoghurt and blend until paste forms.
Now add yoghurt and turn the blender on for fraction of time so that it just mixes. Or simply beat the yoghurt with beater until no clumps are visible and mix the green paste with spoon. Taste it and adjust salt according to taste
