Ingredients
-1 pound salmon fillet
-3 tablespoons olive oil
-½ teaspoon garlic powder
-½ teaspoon onion powder
-⅔ cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki®
Instructions
1. Marinate fish in fridge with teriyaki sauce in glass 9x13 dish.
2. After a few hours, sprinkle on fish olive oil, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon onion powder.
3. Bake covered with a lid or foil at 350ºF for 20–25 minutes, or until opaque and flaky.
4. Take off lid or foil and cook another 10 minutes with at 375 or until looks firm.
5. Increase heat to 500 for 5 minutes.
