Ingredients
-1 1/2 cups (cooked) Garbanzo Beans
-1/2 cup (cooked) quinoa (1/4 cup dry quinoa + 1/2 cup water)
-1 cup mixed vegetables (spinach, broccoli, bell pepper, tomato
-2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
-Pinch / small amount seaweed

-1/2 cup mashed potato
-2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Instructions
1. Start the quinoa, and potato if desired
2. Blend the garbanzo beans in a food processor until almost completely pulverized.
3. Separately, blend the vegetables, seaweed, and sunflower seeds until well pulverized.
4. Combine the pulverized garbanzo beans, vegetables, seaweed, and sunflower seeds together with the quinoa (do not blend the quinoa, this provides a better texture).
5. If desired, add in the mashed potato and lightly crushed pumpkin seeds to the mixture. Mix everything together well, it should be as homogenous as possible.
6. Let the mixture rest in the fridge to firm up a bit if desired, 15 minutes minimum.
7. Form the mixture into small kibble-shaped pieces.
8. Cook as desired.
