Ingredients

-Grilled 'sheep's cheese/' Halloumi cheese (grilled or smoked) slices
-watermelon slices
-cucumber slices
-basil leaves
-mint leaves
-toothpicks (optional, but helpful for serving)

Instructions

1. Cut your watermelon into medium sized rectangles, as if they're two slices of bread in a tea sandwich.
2. Stack your ingredients into this order starting from the bottom up: Watermelon, basil, cucumber (slice long ways at an angle), cheese, watermelon mint.
3. Optionally, use a toothpick to keep everything together
