1 cup plus 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup shortening
dash of salt
1/4 cup water

1 cup plus 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 cup shortening 1/4 cup water

Mix flour, shortening, and salt with pastry blender until it is like meal or peas. Add water and roll into a ball. Roll out. Makes one crust.
