Roast
1 pkg french onion soup mix
potatoes cubed
carrots (baby or cut up)
onion sliced
enough broth to cover the roast (1 box, supplement with water)
frozen egg noodles (Reames brand)

1 pkg french onion soup mix

Season roast with Lawry's, S&P, garlic powder, onion powder.

Sear roast in hot pan.

Put all ingredients except egg noodles in crockpot, cook low 6-8 hours, high 4-5.

Add egg noodles the last 45 minutes.
