Frank’s Chicken by

For full coat dredge, add water to sour cream in a ziploc bag and coat chicken

Ingredients

2 chicken cutlets
1/4 cup panko/breadcrumbs (1/8 per cutlet)
Frank’s powdered hot seasoning
Butter or olive oil (1tbsp per 2 servings)
Sour cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425
Season cutlets with salt and pepper
Melt butter (or just add oil) and combine with panko and seasoning
Top cutlets with layer of sour cream
Top with panko mixture
Bake 15-20 minutes (10 min for thinner cutlets)
