Healthy Black Bean Burrito by

Ingredients

Whole Wheat tortilla
Black Beans
Avocado
Salsa
Cottage Cheese

Instructions

Rinse and drain black beans . Put desired amount of beans on tortilla and heat for 30 sec in microwave . Add avocado , salsa, and cottage cheese . Then roll up and enjoy a healthy lunch :)
Note : I mix avocado and salsa together to store in refrigerator .
