Roasted carrots are definitely the easiest side dish, and then whey are seasoned and roasted they are filled with natural sweetness and lots of flavor. This simple recipe takes just 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of active preparation time.

Instructions
Rinse the carrots, or peel the carrots. I opted to just rinse them.
You can either keep the carrots whole, slice then in half vertically, or chop them up. If you chop the carrots they will roast more quickly.
Arrange the carrots on a parchment-lined baking sheet. The parchment helps to make sure that the carrots will cook evenly.
Melt the butter. Brush the melted butter over the carrots making sure they are completely coated with butter. Drizzle the honey and sprinkle the salt over.
Roast the carrots in an oven heated to 350 degrees. The carrots will be beautifully caramelized after 35-45 minutes of roasting.
