Banana Oatmeal by

Ingredients

Yields 1 serving:

1 cup oatmeal, cooked
1/4 cup skim milk (or soy/almond if preferred)
1/2 medium banana, mashed

Instructions

1. Mix mashed bananas & milk with the oatmeal


Notes:
* Feel free to add light-brown sugar, cinnamon, and/or vanilla for a sweeter taste

* Top with any fruit/garnishes (such a sliced almonds or pecans)
