Biscuits - Custard Cream by

Makes: 20 Biscuits

Ingredients

BISCUITS:
185g Butter
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
2 cups self raising flour
1/2 cup Foster Clark's custard powder

FILLING:
125g butter
1 cup icing sugar, sifted
2 tbspn Foster Clark's custard powder
1 tspn grated orange rind
2 tspn orange juice

Instructions

BISCUITS:
1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Gradually beat in eggs. Mix well after each addition.
3. Gradually fold in sifted flour and custard powder. Place 40 tspn of mixture onto a lightly greased oven slide. Press down with a fork. Bake at 180C for 10-15 mins. Coll biscuits on a cake rackwire.
4. Spread with filling, sandwich together and dust with icing sugar.


FILLING:
1. Cream butter, icing sugar and custard powder until light and fluffy. Add orange rind adn orange juice. Beat until smooth.
