Balls - Choc Vanilla by



3/4 cup oats
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup pepitas
4 medjool dates (pitted)
2 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
40 grams chocolate (chopped finely)


1. Blitz oats, coconut, cashews and pepitas until crumbly

2. Add dates, water, maple syrup and vanilla and blitz until well combined

3. Roll into balls then roll in crushed chocolate

4. Pop in fridge or freezer to set.

5. Can be stored in fridge or freezer
