Smoky Little Devils by


12 small red potatoes
1 1/2 C Green Onion Hummus
Pinch of smoked paprika (for garnish)
1 green onion, finely sliced (for garnish)


1. Set a steamer insert in a saucepan and add about 2 inches of water. Bring to boil over high heat; place potatoes in steamer basket and steam for 20 min. Plunge into cold water.
2. Slice each potato in half. Use small end of melon-baller or a small spoon to scoop out hole from center. (save potato-balls)
3. Fill each hole with Green Onion Hummus. sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with green onions.
