Ingredients
1 I16 oz.) package tricolor spiral pasta
1-2 C broccoli florets
1 C chopped carrots
1/2 C chopped tomato
1/2 C chopped cucumber
1/4 C chopped onion
1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (6.5 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved
1 (8 oz) bottle of Italian salad dressing
Optional: add black olives, chopped pepperoni, mozzarella balls, or cheddar chunks

Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl, add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate from 2 hours to overnight.
Makes up to 12 servings.
