Beef & Potato Pot Roast by

Ingredients

1.5kg shoulder beef
800g kipfler potatoes
2 brown onions
150g bacon
1 tbls plain flour
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup beef stock
90g cranberry sauce
2 tbls worcestershire
Olive oil & butter

Instructions

1. Brown beef in a pan and put in casserole dish with peeled potatoes.
2. Brown onion & bacon in olive oil & butter.
3. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Add wine, stock, cranberry sauce and worcestershire. Simmer until thickened.
4. Pour sauce over beef and slow cook on 100 for 3-4 hours.
5. Slice beef and dress with sauce. Serve with the kipfler potatoes and greens.
