Cake:combine the flour,baking powder,salt and soda.blend the shortening and sugar
Add it.combine orange juice and buttermilk.add it. Add egg yolks. Beat whites.fold into batter.spread into 13x9 pan.bake for 25-30 mins.topping:cream together 1/4 cup butter,1/2 cup brown sugar.add 3 tbsp irange juice and 3/4 cup sweet coconut.spread topping on top of cake.broil 2-4 mins until golden brown.
