Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies by

1 pouch sugar cookie mix
1/2C butter; softened
1/4-1/2tsp mint extract
6-8 drops green food coloring
1 egg
1C crème de menthe baking chips
1C semisweet chocolate chunks


1. Heat oven to 350*
2. Mix cookie mix, butter, extract, food coloring, and egg in bowl until soft dough forms.
3. Stir in crème de menthe baking chips and chocolate chunks.
4. using small cookie scoop or tsp. drop dough 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 8-10 minute; cool on wire rack.

Servings: 3
