Marianne’s bacon and Swiss quiche by


1 tube crescent rolls
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tblsp. Butter
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 pound of cooled and crumbled bacon
Dash of salt and pepper
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese ( buy a block and shred yourself)


Spray a pie pan with Pam
Line the pie pan with the crescent rolls.
In a skillet, sauté green onions in butter until soft.
Whisk eggs, cream and juice.
Stir in bacon, green onions and salt and pepper
Pour in pie pastry and sprinkle in cheese.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Let stand a little before serving.
