Oil or butter
However many eggs you want (around 2 per person)
Seasoning
A bowl

Instructions

First Heat the oil in the pan crack the eggs into a bowl take a fork and beat them until fully
Mixed Always keep your eyes on it or else
Second: scramble until bright yellow all the way through
Third: heat pan until it instantly cooks a small piece that you throw in as a test
Fourth: pour it all in simultaneously
Fifth: if you heated the pan correctly it should cook in seconds so keep your eyes on it if you didnt heat enough then itís fine just donít look away from it at all costs
Last: season how you like
