Garlic Delicata by

Ingredients

1 Delicata squash
4 TBSP olive or vegetable oil
7 cloves garlic

Instructions

Cut delicata squash in half the long way and remove the seeds. Turn the squash halves, and cut finger-width pieces in the short direction.



Mince garlic.



Toss squash in a bowl with garlic and oil, then bake at 400 for around 40 minutes, flipping half-way through.



Check on the squash after 30 minutes. The skin should be soft and chewy. The flesh should be browned slightly but not blackened.
