Lemon Garlic Sautéed Greens by

Veggie kale and braising greens
1 1/2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves (from last week's box), minced
Half a cup of Veggie Box onions, sliced
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
Sea Salt
Half a lemon, cut into wedges


Chop kale, and chop braising greens if you'd like
smaller pieces. Heat oil in a skillet, and add
garlic, pepper flakes, garlic, and greens, and
spread into one layer. Sprinkle with 1/4 a
teaspoon of salt then cook, without stirring, until
the bottom starts to turn brown, about 2 minutes.
Flip and cook another 2 minutes. Transfer to
platter and squeeze lemon wedges on top.
