Marry Me Chicken & Bowties by

Ingredients

✨Chicken✨

2lbs chicken breast
1 Tbsp Lawry’s seasoning salt
1/2 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp oil from sun dried tomatoes

✨Sauce & Pasta✨

1 box protein bowties
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 container of cherry tomatoes
8 cups baby spinach
1 cup shredded parmesean
1 yellow onion
8 cloves of garlic
1 small can of tomato paste
2 cups heavy cream
1 block Boursin garlic & herb cheese
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1/2 Tbsp dried basil
1/2 Tbsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

Start a pot of salted water & bring to a boil. Once boiling cook protein pasta for 7 minutes then drain.

Heat up a pan & season your chicken on both sides. Add sun dried tomato oil to the pan then add your chicken searing for 3-4 minutes on each side then let rest.

In that same pan add your onion & garlic, let it cook until it starts to shimmer then add your can of tomato paste. Once it’s fragrant & darkened add the heavy cream & sliced cherry tomatoes & bring heat down to medium low then add the Boursin cheese. Break up cheese & get it melted then add your seasonings. Once melted add parmesan cheese & sun dried tomatoes. Add in spinach until wilted.

Chop your rested chicken into cubes then add into sauce with the bowties.

Mix, serve, & enjoy🧡
