Pumpkin Cobbler by

Ingredients

Pumpkin Cobbler

1 large can pumpkin
4 large eggs
1 tsp salt
3 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 can evaporated milk
1 ½ cup sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
½ cup unpacked brown sugar
2 sticks butter (melted)


Enjoy!!

Instructions

Mix pumpkin, spice, eggs, milk, salt and sugar together and pour into 13x9 greased pan. Sprinkle cake mix over mixture covering completely. Sprinkle brown sugar over cake mix, then pour butter on top as evenly as possible. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes (although I would watch it starting at an hour because it doesn’t take my oven that long).
