1 cup sugar(opt. If using sweetened condensed milk)
2 T. cocoa
pinch of salt
1 1/2 T. butter
1/2 cup milk
1 T. vanilla

1 cup sugar(opt. If using sweetened condensed milk) 2 T. cocoa 1 1/2 T. butter 1/2 cup milk 1 T. vanilla

Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
Mix dry ingredients and then pour into melted butter, stirring as you pour.
Pour in milk while stirring. Mixing well.
Heat to a low boil.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Enjoy!
