Uszka (Polish ear-shaped Christmas pierogi) by
For dough use the recipe for pierogi
- dough like for pierogi
- dry mushrooms: 100 g
- onion: 2-3 medium
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
1. Rinse mushrooms, then soak in water for 15 minutes.
2. Boil until tender.
3. Chop onions and mushrooms.
4. Fry onion until translucent, then add mushrooms and fry for a while.
5. If the filling is too sticky, add a bit of breadcrumbs.
6. Add salt and pepper at your discretion.
