These sweet and savory bites are like a cheese course in one bite.

-16 dried apricots
- 8 tsp. crumbled blue cheese
- 2 ounces chopped pistachios
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- freshly ground pepper


1. Top each apricot with 1/2 tsp. of the blue cheese. Sprinkle with the pistachios and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with pepper and enjoy.
