Hash Brown & Ham Casserole by


1 can cream of chicken soup
32 ounces frozen hash browns
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cups ham, cubed
8 ounces american cheese, cubed or shredded
1/2 cup milk
bread crumbs or cornflakes, crushed


Combine soup and sour cream. Stir in the rest of the ingredients except cornflakes or bread crumbs and put into a 9x13 inch pan. Top with buttered bread crumbs or cornflakes, crushed. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees until bubbly.
