Ham & Bean Soup by


l pound northern beans
1 large chopped onion
12 mini carrots sliced
6 slices bacon(cut up)
1/2 cup diced celery
2 tsp. pepper
3 T. salt
10 cups water


Cook on high 5 hours. Add desired amount of diced ham and cook on high 1 hour more. If need be add more salt and pepper to taste. If too thick more water can be added.
