Pizza Casserole-Crockpot by
3 lbs. ground beef (fried and drained)
1/2 cup chopped onions (may add to beef while frying)
1 ~ 25 oz. can or jar Spaghetti sauce
2~ 4oz cans of sliced mushrooms drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
dash of pepper or more :)
1 ~16 oz. pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained (mix with a little olive oil to keep from sticking.)
2 pkg.~3 1/2 oz. each sliced pepperoni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
In a dutch oven brown beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain. Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, salt, garlic powder, oregano and pepper, heat through.
Spoon 4 cups into a crock pot, top with half the noodles, pepperoni, and cheese.
Repeat layers. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour or until cheese is melted.
Serves at least 12
