Ingredients

Brown 3lb of hamburger with about ¼ cup of dried chopped onions. Add 1 can of tomato soup, 1 can chicken gumbo soup, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, 1 ½ cups of ketchup, a dash of salt and pepper.

Instructions

Let it simmer for awhile. It just gets better over time. Taste it….sometimes I add more ketchup if it isn’t tomatoy enough. You can add more brown sugar as well if you think that it isn’t sweet enough. If your crock pot is bigger, you can always double it. It freezes really well in Ziploc bags as well.
