Peanut Butter Cookies by

Ingredients

2 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C. Roasted Salted Peanuts, Chopped
2 Sticks Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Crunchy Peanut butter
1 Large Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream butter and both types of sugar
2. Add peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla and mix until creamy
3. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and chopped peanuts and mix until completely incorporated
4. Scoop dough onto cookie sheet in balls
5. Using a fork, make perpendicular indents
6. Bake until cookies begin to brown, about 15 minutes
