Sauted Spinach by

Measurements are all subject to change. Feel free to add more or less of each item!


2 cups spinach
1 cup wheatberries
1/2 cup diced sweet potatoes
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1/4 cup cranberries
Olive oil


Purchase all ingredients as are (pre-sliced almonds, pre-cooked wheatberries, etc.)
Pour olive oil into a pan. Add spinach and sweet potatoes. Once sauteed, transfer onto a plate or bowl. Top with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
