Salmon Croquettes by

Ingredients

16oz canned pink salmon
1 egg
1/3 cup minced onion
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

Drain salmon & reserve 2 tbsps liquid. In a bowl, combine salmon, egg, and onion; stir in flour.

Separately, combine baking powder & reserved liquid. Stir into salmon mix. Form into small patties. Shallow fry in your choice of oil until golden brown - about 5 minutes.
