Banana "Pancakes" by

This pancake is super sweet and delicious on its' own, but if you're craving a little more add a drizzle of honey upon serving.

Ingredients

1 Banana
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Almond or Coconut Flour
Pinch of Cinnamon and Nutmeg
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Chopped Walnuts (Optional)

Instructions

Mash up the banana and whip it with egg.
Mix in spices, flour, and extract. Make Sure ingredients are well blended. Fold in nuts if you like.

Melt coconut oil in a skillet on medium heat.

Pour mixture into the pan and you would a normal pancake.
Fry to a golden brown on both sides.
