I watched Grannybubba make this several times to learn how. She never really had a recipe.
6 cubed(or tenderized) steaks1 cup floursalt and pepper to taste1 cup vegetable oil

Salt and pepper each steak and then dredge in flour on both sides.Brown each side of each steak in hot oil in skillet. Then put all steaks in the same skillet and lower heat to medium. Cook with lid on skillet for 30 minutes, turning and rotating steaks frequently.To make gravy: Remove steak from skillet and most of seperated oil. Turn heat on high and stir in two more tablespoons of flour and 1 teas. salt. Stir vigorly until flour in very brown. Then pour in 1 1/2 cups of water. Lower heat to medium and let bubble for 10 minutes. Pour over steaks.
